Wholesale Policies
Please email us -Jessica@GioGioDesign.com - to request our wholesale catalogs and line sheets. First time buyers should submit information (including tax resale ID#) about their brick & mortar or online store. Orders can be made by emailing a list of items, or contact us via email and we can generate a purchase order for you. You can also order from us on IndieMe.com (artist #28874) and Faire.com.
First order minimum - $200, re-order minimum $100. New orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Returning customers may establish net 30 terms. Returns accepted for full refund, credit or replacement within 30 days of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns after 30 days. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Jewelry Orders: Pendant or earring orders of 10 items or more qualify for a free display stand. Pendant or earring orders of 18 items or more qualify for a free double display stand. We have many items in stock - please contact us for specific product availability. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks for items not in stock, depending on our current production schedule.
Home Accessories Orders: Shipping & handling charges will be determined after production. Production typically takes 2-10 weeks for items not in stock, depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us for specific product availability.

All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards and offer secure checkout through PayPal.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS with insurance. Please contact us for an International, Priority or Express shipping quote. Buyer pays shipping costs.
Furniture and home accessories ship flat with directions for assembly.
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser. If items are damaged or defective, return shipping costs shall be paid by GioGio Design- please contact us for a return shipping label.
